Discover the Brilliance of the US Wine Market

Outside of a few noteworthy regions in California and Oregon, the US wine market is often undrerepresented in the broader discourse of the wine world.

We aspire to change this. Our mission is to provide resources to help readers discover and experience the brilliance and breadth of the US wine market.

We cast a light on remarkable US wine, wineries, and wine regions through our various digital content, such as our winery rankings, community newsletter, and wine blog.

Learn more below about our winery rankings, how you can subscribe to our monthly newsletter and receive remarkable deals on top US wines, and if you’re a US winery – how you can get involved!

US Winery Rankings

Looking for the best wineries to visit on an upcoming trip, weekend getaway, or simply for your own research? We’ve got you covered.

We take a data-driven approach to scoring and ranking wine producers across the US. We publish simple, easy-to-navigate lists that either a casual wine drinker or a wine connoisseur will find beneficial when planning your next winery outing.

How do we Select & Rank Wineries?

Data.

We start by casting a wide net to identify as many US wineries as possible. Then, we complement that information with several other data sources, including customer reviews and expert wine scores.

We then run this data through our proprietary ranking algorithm that yields a score (CW Score) for each winery.

Along with our CW score, our ‘best wineries’ lists include contact information and an overview highlighting the unique elements of each winery featured. Our straightforward approach is meant to provide the information needed to easily plan your next winery outing.

At the end of the day, that’s what it’s all about. Spend your time sipping great wine…not trying to figure out where to find it. We’ve taken care of that step for you.
