Best Wine Chiller Reviews

1. Cobalance Electric Wine Chiller

Features at a Glance:

  • Colors: Stainless Steel
  • Material: Stainless Steel
  • Capacity: 1 standard wine bottle
  • Other: Temp range 55℉ to 41 ℉

There are many different types of wine chillers out there, but I was lucky enough to encounter the Cobalance Electric Wine Chiller early on!

What initially grabbed my attention was its sleek, stainless steel appearance which I knew was going to make my bar look even more sophisticated. It has almost a kind of brushed grey/metal finish that looks modern and will work well with any kind of existing decor you have going on.

It works with any standard 750ml wine bottle and most champagne bottles, but keep in mind that it doesn’t work with Dom Perignon and larger bottles comparable to this size.

Seeing as this was the first wine chiller with an adjustable temperature setting, I was happy to see how user-friendly this design was. Literally all I had to do was turn on the chiller, set the desired temperature, then place the bottle I wanted inside.

The little LED light on the front will flash until it reaches the ideal temperature, staying illuminated after that. It’s really cool to see a device like this, that actually cools down a bottle of wine instead of simply keeping it cool, like many do.

This makes it a fantastic addition to any kitchen or bar, though the design is compact enough that you could easily put it on a side table, on top of a picnic table at a BBQ – the options are endless!

Despite being made with metal, it doesn’t affect operation or results at all if used in direct sunlight, so feel free to take it outside!

2. Huski Wine Chiller

Features at a Glance:

  • Colors: Brushed stainless, matte black, champagne, matte white, powder pink, rose, stone gray
  • Material: 304 stainless steel, copper
  • Capacity: 1 standard wine bottle
  • Other: Double walled & vacuum insulated

Next up, is one of the most portable and convenient wine chillers I’ve had the privilege of using. I should clarify by saying that it is quite a bit different from the first chiller in that it doesn’t chill a room-temperature bottle for you, but keeps a chilled bottle cold for many hours on end – even when in the hot outdoors!

Not to mention, with colors like matte black and powder pink, it’s also one of the most attractive chillers I’ve ever come across! Just like with the previous model, it works with any standard-sized, 750ml bottle, which doesn’t work with Dom Perignon, Bollinger, Korbel, and other wider or taller bottles.

However, it’s fit every single white and red I’ve used it with – all you have to do is place it inside and that’s it! Make sure your wine is already properly chilled, and it’ll keep it cold for at least 6 hours after – even in direct sunlight.

With a 304 stainless steel exterior, it’s super durable and will withstand against potential dents and dings, while helping the double-walled copper and vacuum insulation for maximum thermal efficiency.

Don’t take my word for it, alone – it’s also won countless awards for its unique and patented chilling design! The flexi-lock expandable design makes sure that the bottle is secure inside while you pour, so you never have to take it out!

Due to its portability and durability, it’s perfect for taking out on BBQs, picnics, sporting events, hanging out at the beach or lake, etcetera. I took it to the beach with some friends and family, and it worked perfectly without getting warm at all!

3. Homeries Marble Wine Chiller Bucket

Features at a Glance:

  • ColorsWhite, Grey
  • Material: Marble
  • Capacity: 1 standard wine bottle
  • Other: Can be used for multiple uses

I don’t know about you, but I find marble to be one of those timeless materials that not only stand the test of time in durability but also trendiness. It looks good in just about any setting, and with the white or grey options, it goes well with any color scheme in your kitchen or bar.

It’s elegant yet unpretentious, with a cool, smooth surface that not only keeps your wine perfectly chilled but does so with style. It boasts a solid, heft build that’s meant to be as durable as it is effective, accommodating a wide variety of bottle shapes, from your favorite reds to celebratory Champagnes!

However, it also does a great job of chilling bottles of juice, water, sodas, or even cans of beer, energy drinks and mixers! It’s also portable enough to realistically transport it to the beach, picnics, or outdoor events instead of bringing along an icebox.

I can’t imagine a more user-friendly chiller, as all you have to do is place it in the freezer or fridge 15-20 minutes before using it. The non-slip bottom makes sure it doesn’t scratch your countertops or tables, but will also keep your wine bottle safe from tipping over or falling.

I actually gave this one to my friend as a housewarming gift, and she ended up using it as a cute flower vase when not in use with her wine, so the sky’s the limit!

If you’re in the market for a great wine chiller like the Homeries Marble Wine Chiller Bucket but on a tight budget, this is a fantastic choice.

4. YETI Rambler Wine Chiller

Features at a Glance:

  • Colors: Wild Vine Red, Big Wave Blue, Lilac, Lime, Navy, Pink, etc.
  • Material: Stainless Steel
  • Capacity: 1 standard wine bottle
  • Other: No sweat design, insulated

You probably already know YETI for its durable, performance-ready coolers and drinkware – especially if you’re into camping or hiking.

The YETI Rambler Wine Chiller is no exception to this high level of quality, and if you’re looking for a wine chiller to use in the great outdoors, this is my number one recommendation. No worrying about broken glass or leaking – not to mention it’s very easy to clean!

Coming in 10 unique colors like Wild Vine Red, Wetlands Brown, and Key Lime, you’re sure to find something that suits your personality perfectly. All you have to do is pre-chill it in a fridge or freezer at least 10 minutes before using it.

The silicone landing pad makes sure your bottle doesn’t clang around or become damaged, while the Bearfoot non-slip ring keeps it in place.

The no-sweat design further keeps it secure by preventing condensation from dripping onto your tabletop or countertop.

The stainless steel body is very durable and designed to hold up under just about any weather conditions, and is ultra-portable! The exterior is easy to hold a grip on and feels nice to the touch, as well.

It’s the right size to fit just about any standard wine and Champagne bottle, I find I use it almost every week! If you want to take it a step further, I recommend grabbing not only the wine chiller, but a matching tumbler, as well!

While it is a tad bit pricier than some others out there, the quality and ease of use definitely makes it worth it.

5. S’well Stainless Steel Wine Chiller

Features at a Glance:

  • Colors: Teakwood, Black Marble, Calacatta Gold, Dipped Metallic, Onyx
  • Material: Stainless steel
  • Capacity: 1 750ml standard wine bottle
  • Other: Triple-layered insulation, vacuum sealed

Last but certainly not least, is the S’well Stainless Steel Wine Chiller. At first glance, you can see that this is easily the most unique-looking wine chiller.

With finishes like Teakwood, Dipped Metallic, and Calacatta Gold, they definitely make a statement and are perfect for those with strong personalities or styles! Something that I really liked about this one was the fact that it was made with BPA/BPS-free material, so it should be safer to use.

Not only that, but it’s made with food-grade stainless steel that complies with California Pop 65 regulations to give you that added peace of mind. The stainless steel is triple-layered with insulation that keeps your wine perfectly chilled for a whopping 36 hours!

I honestly had my doubts that it would stay chilled for that long, but to my pleasant surprise, it actually did. This is ideal for outdoor situations as well, where you aren’t likely to have a fridge or freezer handy.

The soft-touch silicone grip does remind me a lot of the YETI chiller, which makes it easy and convenient to carry and feels nice and soft. It also as a condensation-free exterior that won’t drip water onto the counter or tabletop, keeping the area clean.

I find this to be one of the most beautifully made chillers that instantly elevates the appearance of anywhere it’s placed in. For the price, I can’t believe the level of quality, efficiency, and absolutely unique style you get in return here!
