They taught us the differences between each cheese and wine, sharing how each one was made, and what makes them unique. With a small group that maxes out at just 12 participants, creating an intimate and fun setting ideal for learning and enjoying.

If you have a bit of time, I highly recommend this wonderful excursion that focuses on delicious cheeses and wines, and how to pair them. I’m personally a cheese lover and wine lover, but wasn’t very knowledgeable about the former.
This tour did a great job explaining the nuances between the different cheese varieties, from creamy Camembert to robust Roquefort, while learning about the subtleties of wine to complement them perfectly.
It was an entire experience having to put on a protective suit to head down into the cellar to ensure we kept their delicate cheeses safe from harm.
