Custom Plaque for Display

Click here and complete the required information to reserve your custom plaque. We’ll send an invoice across after we receive these details, and will be placing the order in batch after our deadline of May 31st.

Product Specs:

• Material: Bamboo with an acrylic top layer
• Size: 14” in diameter
• Price: $149 total (shipping included)
  • Note: Sales tax will be added on for any shipments to Georgia
• Customization:
  • Winery Name (provide this in our form) – it will be imprinted on the acrylic top layer in white font (see above images)
  • Location (optional) – if you’d like to customize the bottom layer to read differently than “Best Wineries in the US” to something like “Best Wineries in Los Olivos” please provide this information in our request form. If not provided, we’ll default to “Best Wineries in the US”
• QR code: The QR code included on the top acrylic layer of the plaque will open a link to our hub page of the best wineries by state and region for anyone who scans it with their mobile device

Order Flow Details:

• Please fill out this form to reserve your plaque and provide us the necessary details to fulfill
• We’ll send a PayPal invoice across once the above form has been completed, including confirmation of your plaque’s custom components
• Note: We’ll collect all orders and place them with our vendor in one batch after our deadline to reserve (May 31st) has passed

We’re also happy to offer a digital award for embedding on your website – in lieu of or in addition to – the physical plaque above. See these options below (black background or white background available).

Our team is happy to customize the text to speak to your state or region, as well as assist with providing the code to embed this digital award on your website (with a link directly to our article with your winery featured).
